How do I register for a class?

Select the studio you’d like to visit via the “Locations” link on home page or choose “Register for Class” from the menu at top of any page. Click on the date and painting you wish to register for and you will be guided through the registration process. If you have registered before, you already have an account and will be prompted to enter your email address and password. Please note: the email address you use for your account is the one we will use to contact you should there be any changes or cancellations for your class. Please be sure to check for spelling errors when you enter your email address, and be sure to use an email you check on a regular basis! You will receive a confirmation email when your registration has been received. Please use your cell phone when registering if possible so that we may text you should we need to contact you if class is canceled or for any other reason.

Do you allow walk-ins?

We allow walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis. Registered painters take priority over walk-ins, so if the class is full, we could not accommodate walk-ins. Online registration also allows us to set up for the number of people attending prior to class, and there are some images that are pre-sketched and therefore require pre-registration. We highly recommend that you register online whenever possible, or that you call to verify space is available before you arrive!

How many people can I register for online?

If there are restrictions on the number of seats you may reserve, that information will be clearly indicated for each individual studio in the registration process. For studios that do not require pre-payment for individual seats, pre-payment IS required for larger groups. The number at which pre-payment becomes a requirement is noted in the registration process for each individual studio. We automatically reserve seats together for groups registered with 6 or more online. If members of your party are registered separately, please have one member of your party contact the studio directly to request that seats be saved together for your group.

How do I cancel or change a reservation?

Please call or email your local studio to request changes to your reservation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time may result in charges to the credit card on file.

How strict is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy is in place to allow all customers the opportunity to attend classes. Please update your reservation at least 24 hours prior to class if you need to cancel seats or cancel your entire reservation. For studios requiring pre-payment, cancellations made less than 24 hours before class time may not be refunded and class vouchers to be used at later dates will be at the discretion of the studio owner.
